One question many students ask is "What is the best accent to learn?" or "What’s better a British or American accent?" My reply generally is that it doesn't really matter or it is a choice or preference. Although this is arguably true students do need to know or should be made a wear of different accents. Often students also want to know how they can improve not only their pronunciation but their accent also. Above is a collection of videos that can help to learn how to do this. This can be interesting and fun to do in class. To find out more about different kinds of English accents go to the tesolmaster Language in Context page.
